Shipping outside of the United States

  Due to high cost, long delays and unsatisfactory customer experience in shipping to locations outside the United States, we will no longer provide this service. Our apologies to our friends and supporters in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We suggest you contact Fuller Fillies directly for your needs.

Returns & Exchanges

  The Curvy Cowgirl wishes all of our customers complete satisfaction. We always stand behind the quality of our merchandise. We are sorry for any inconvenience that a return may cause. For this reason, we have made returns and exchanges simple. Please read the following carefully:

  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of receipt.

  After 14 days from receipt, you may return the merchandise for store credit, in the amount of the purchase price, up to 21 days from receipt. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be made after 21 days from receipt.

  All merchandise must be returned in the same unworn condition as purchased.

  We will use the shipping carrier's delivery date as the date of receipt for all shipments.

 There will be no returns, only exchanges on jewelry.

 All sales on close out items are final, no refunds, returns or exchanges.

  Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Please let us know the reason for returning or exchanging the item by completing the return form provided and including it with your returned merchandise. You may specify your preference:

  1. Exchange the returned merchandise.

  2. Receive the amount of credit for the returned merchandise in the form of original payment. All exchanges are subject to availability of the item requested.

The Curvy Cowgirl reserves the right to refuse a return of any merchandise that TCC determines does not meet these requirements.

Please wrap your package securely, enclosing the invoice and the return reason with the item. TCC recommends shipping returned merchandise via UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. TCC does not take responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen or mishandled. Please note that TCC will not accept any packages that are sent C.O.D.
